Who can become a member?
Any corporation, company or group of non-affiliated workers concerned with the economic development of the Thérèse-De Blainville region can become a member of the SODET (economic development corporation).
A single individual who carries out his activities in the region can represent a corporation, company or group of non-affiliated workers.

Annual general meeting
The members' annual meeting is held on the last Wednesday in March or at any other date set by the Board of Directors. To attend and/or be elected to the Board, a member must be in good standing.
Composition of the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors consists of the following sectors: agrifood, other members, building, commercial, community, cooperative, institutional, manufacturing, professional, workers, as well as a representative from each of the towns in the Thérèse-De Blainville RCM. Other representatives without the right to vote: the Director of the local employment centre and the General Director of the SODET. To view the current make-up of the board, click here.
