A young and constantly growing population

- Thérèse-De Blainville has experienced outstanding demographic growth. Over the past 20 years, its population has increased by 80%, as opposed to a 15% growth rate for Quebec as a whole.
- By 2021, the population should have continued its noteworthy growth, reaching 166,441 persons.
- With an average age of 37.5 years (41.0 for Québec), Thérèse-De Blainville is distinguished by the youth of its population. Its numbers are particularly high in the 5 to 14 and 25 to 44 age groups, confirming the presence of many young couples with children.

An attractive territory for families
- With 53,245 households, including 46,555 families, Thérèse-De Blainville is known for its large number of families.
