Tourist attractions
Each of the towns in Thérèse-De Blainville has made it a duty to provide its young people with all the facilities required for their development through a variety of sports activities such as hockey, softball, soccer, figure skating and swimming. The RCM has 130 parks or green spaces as well as a host of sporting installations.
In addition to these installations, the region has an abundance of facilities for sports, recreation, culture and entertainment benefiting its families, not to mention a large number of restaurants for every taste and budget.
Nature Interpretation Centre (Boisbriand)

Located along the shores of the Mille-Îles River, the Centre is part of a vegetation zone known as the érablière à caryers (a sugar-maple grove with hickory). The route is dotted by some twenty discovery stations providing a variety of information on three ecosystems harmoniously shared by a magnificent maple grove, a marsh and a river. In addition to a wide variety of vegetations, this prolific environment attracts some sixty species of birds.

Mille-Îles River Park

Running south of Boisbriand, Rosemère, Lorraine and Bois-des-Filion, the Mille-Îles River is a unique site distinguished by its great beauty. Developed with an eye to preserving this natural environment, the park offers a number of organized or free excursions through thirty or so wooded islands, winter and summer. It is a great place for getting around in a conventional or rabaska canoe, rowboat, or kayak. Furthermore, hiking trails have been developed on the natural island, along with nature observation platforms. In winter, 13 km of cross-country and hiking trails are maintained, along with a skating rink.

Blainville Equestrian Park

The Blainville Equestrian Park is now recognized as the second leading competition site in Canada, and one of the finest in North America. Every year, it hosts competitions of the highest calibre, including the renowned International Classic attracting riders from every part of Canada, the United States, Latin America and Europe. The Park is also the site of a wide range of equestrian events: harness racing, jumping, dressage, demonstration clinics, exhibitions, etc. Added to these are community celebrations, fairs, shows and fireworks. Domaine Vert Park
Covering 1,600 acres, this park is operated jointly by the towns of Boisbriand, Blainville, Sainte-Thérèse and Mirabel. It provides 25 km of bicycle paths, hiking trails, as well as cross-country (50 km) and snowshoeing trails, a large pool, skating rink and slide. It is also equipped for rock climbing and tree-to-tree aerial adventures, volleyball, archery, and petanque. Year-round, special activities for school groups are also highly popular, as are the music and day camps organized during the summer months.

P'tit Train du Nord Linear Park
Stretching along 230 km, the P'Tit train du Nord is a linear park developed along the right-of-way of the legendary northern train line. It runs from Mont-Laurier to Bois-des-Filion by way of Mirabel, Blainville, Sainte-Thérèse, and Lorraine. Summer activities include cycling, walking and in-line skating, and in winter, cross-country skiing between Saint-Jérôme and Val-David (40 km) and snowmobiling. All along the way, train stations have been renovated, with several converted into cosy little cafés, sports equipment rental and repair shops, even small exhibition halls.

A golfer's paradise
Golf fans are well served in Thérèse-De Blainville. Indeed, the territory's five private or semi-private golf courses compete in terms of quality, much to the delight of golfers of every age and calibre. Since 1922 when the famous Rosemère Golf Club opened, Thérèse-De Blainville has developed outstanding courses, which every year attract thousands of afficionados of this increasingly accessible sport.

Petit Théâtre DuNord
The only creative theatre company in the Laurentians, the Petit Théâtre DuNord offers its audiences original plays, introducing them to new theatrical avenues and a thoroughly unique experience. The company's objective is to serve as a springboard for up-and-coming stage professionals (performers, technicians, designers and playwrights) through the production of theatrical projects. The theatre is located at 100 Plan-Bouchard, in Blainville.

Printemps des arts
The product of a collaborative effort involving all of the region's educational establishments, this art festival allows some 20,000 young participants from different artistic media to showcase their talents in the fields of music, theatre, dance, plastic arts, etc.
Joseph-Filion Museum, Praxis Art Gallery and the Chorale de Sainte-Thérèse (choir)
- Located in Sainte-Thérèse, the Joseph-Filion Museum traces the history of the Thérèse-De Blainville RCM.

- Still in Sainte-Thérèse, the Chanteurs de Sainte-Thérèse is a classic, semi-professional choir bringing together 80 to 100 singers under the direction of Maestro Michel Brousseau. It is now in its 49th season.

The Théâtre Lionel-Groulx
The Théâtre Lionel-Groulx offers residents of the region a program of close to 80 different shows, with more than 120 performances a year. These various shows fall into six categories or series: theatre, song, music, Blues evenings, comedy, dance, and young audiences (school and family presentations), not to mention some thirty full-length and short films presented within the framework of Ciné-Groulx.
Since 2002, the Théâtre Lionel-Groulx has offered its clientele a summer show that generally stars a popular comedian. As the event met with resounding success from its very first presentation, which featured Martin Matte, these summer shows have become a tradition.

Meeting places for the young
Our towns have also favoured other means of keeping their young occupied. In fact, Thérèse-De Blainville is home to seven cultural and community centres as well as six youth drop-in centres. In addition, seven libraries, i.e., one per town, provide access to some 300,000 books.

It should be mentioned that the RCM's academic sector is highly committed to artistic endeavours. Indeed, music programs are available at all levels:
- Elementary: Arthur-Vaillancourt and Alpha schools
- Secondary: Polyvalente Sainte-Thérèse (comprehensive high school)

Lower Laurentians Tourism Region
Located just a few kilometres to the north of Montréal and accessible via highways 15, 13 and 640 as well as routes 335, 148, 344, 158 and the 117, the Lower Laurentian region serves up a wealth of attractions along with local products and an extensive choice of activities that unfailingly delight families, nature lovers and business people alike.
Grouped under the banner of the Lower Laurentians, the territories of Mirabel, Two-Mountains and Thérèse-De-Blainville offer unique excursions.

Also, in the western park of the RCM, facing Lake of Two-Mountains is Oka Park, which attracts large number of visitors. In summer, they come to swim, play on the beach, sail, bicycle, hike or camp, while in winter, they come for the cross-country skiing.

The Laurentians
Finally, proximity to several other major sites contributes to the appeal of the region. Among others, there's the Laurentian tourism region, which lies north of the RCM. This region's popularity (the third leading tourist destination in Québec) is due to the many outdoor activities it offers, from downhill skiing to hunting, fishing and snowmobiling, not to mention various resorts welcoming a highly diverse clientele.
